MyServicesAD App – Password Reset Guide (Step-by-Step)

This guide explains how to set up the MyServicesAD app (one-time setup) and reset your password if you forget it.

Part 1: One-Time App Setup (Required only the first time)

Step 1: Open the App and Access Server Settings

• Launch the MyServicesAD app.
• From the main screen, tap on “Server Settings”.

Step 2: Prepare to Enter Server Details

• You will see a screen with empty fields asking for server details.
  (Refer to Image 2)

Step 3: Enter the Server Information and Save

Fill in the fields exactly as shown:

• Server Name/IP Address: myservicesad.kaauh.edu.sa
• Port: 443
• Protocol: Select HTTPS

Once done, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.

Part 2: Resetting Your Password (If you forgot it)

Step 4: Choose the Password Reset Service

• After saving the settings, you will return to the main screen titled “MyServicesAD”.
• Tap on the “Password Reset” option.

Step 5: Verify Your Username

• Enter your username on the “User Verification” screen.
• Tap “Next” at the top-right corner.
  (Refer to Image 5)

Step 6: Complete Verification & Set a New Password

• The system will now ask you to verify your identity (e.g., answer security questions or enter a verification code sent to your mobile/email).
• Once verification is successful, you will be prompted to create and confirm a new password.

Important Note:
The image showing the “Login” process is for changing your current password after logging in, not for resetting a forgotten password.

Tips for a Successful Password Reset

• Make sure your device is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
• Enter your username exactly as registered.
